The BigHeads Stickers Application software may collect personal user data as well as non-personal user data (including aggregated data) and may connect with 3rd party social media and text messaging applications.

Children’s Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s electronic activities and interests. Our applications are fully COPPA compliant, and WeHaveBigHeads.com does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Users must be 13 or older to be eligible to register on the WeHaveBigHeads.com Website, when possible, and only parents are allowed to create accounts and profiles and post personal content via our Websites and related services. We do not currently have any protocols for removing or modifying any personal information that You have chosen to share with Us.

The digital distribution platform from which you obtain access to our Application software may maintain information about individual sales transactions in order to service such transactions and for their own record keeping purposes.
